Mr Tukana said a community group helped him secure a house, where he has been living for the past five years."I'm so proud of Angels. They do a good job for the people who are homeless," he said.Ms Tasker said many people she saw at the Angels Community Centre were couch surfing."You're talking overcrowded houses; it's not a long-term solution."Ms Tasker said locals did the best with what they had.
