ICAC is looking at building commissioner David Chandler’s resignation letter which raised concerns about a minister’s links with a Sydney developer.
NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has revealed ICAC is looking at the state building commissioner’s resignation letter that allegedly raised concerns about a minister’s relationship with a Sydney property developer.
His resignation letter - which has not yet been made public - is alleged to have outlined how he received call from a staffer of then-safe work minister Eleni Petinos, shortly after he issued a stop work order to Coronation Property relating to a Western Sydney worksite.
“I’ve read the resignation letter from David Chandler ... this is a letter he wrote, a personal letter, related to an employment matter. I’ve been advised by the Secretary that appropriate actions taken by her in relation to the contents of the letter,” he said.
