Sky News host Caleb Bond says Premier Dominic Perrottet pushes for schools in NSW to be able to “hire and fire” teachers as opposed to the Department of Education.

“Something like half of teachers in New South Wales are currently employed and then appointed by the department itself as opposed to the individual principal.”
