All eyes will be on the availability of Australian superstar Ellyse Perry on Day 2, after the star all-rounder left the field with a hip injury yesterday.
Australia bowled England out for 170 and then lost youngster Georgia Voll, but it was Annabel Sutherland who came out to the crease at number three, rather than Perry. Cricket Australia have said that Perry will undergo further assessment this morning ahead of play. It is understood the nature of the injury is a cork and she would have been able to bat if required on Thursday night.Nat Sciver-Brunt played a lone hand for England with a patient half century, but it was once again Australian spinner Alana King who stole the show.
