Person fatally shot at Mira Mesa home [Breaking]
San Diego police are investigating after someone was fatally shot at a Mira Mesa home Wednesday morning.
The shooting was reported as an assault with a deadly weapon about 9:30 a.m. on Deering Street, in a residential neighborhood northwest of Mira Mesa Boulevard and Camino Ruiz, a watch commander said. Responding police officers set up a perimeter around the home. Homicide detectives have been called to the scene.This is a breaking news story. Check back for updates.
