Major crash investigators are examining the death of Matthew Mauger after the 21-year-old fell from a ute travelling on a Perth highway.

“Matthew was a gorgeous kid, very respectful, a family guy, a inspiration too many and loved his footy,” she wrote on the GoFundMe page.Friends and family of Matthew Mauger gathered at the place he died and laid flowers in tribute.His best friend Toby Grist said Mauger’s friends were shocked by the news of the young man’s sudden death.
“He was the best person I’ve ever known in my life...I’ll never be able to get over it, to be honest.”
