The monarch is making an appearance in the burgh during his summer break at the Balmoral Estate in nearby Aberdeenshire.
He has worn a new kilt during his visits, made from the King Charles III tartan, which was first seen in public a couple of weeks ago. He will meet Annie McCormack, trustee and founder of anti-poverty charity Broke Not Broken, as well as school volunteers.He will then meet awaiting members of the public, along with primary and secondary school pupils, as a pipe band plays music to decorate the occasion.The monarch will then unveil a plaque to mark the 40th anniversary of the centre.
“It is fantastic His Majesty will be seeing first hand some of the amazing work being done by community groups working in the area.
