Dr Fredrick Ruzvidzo attacked two different women while at Monklands General and was later convicted at Airdrie Sheriff Court.
It emerged he was working as an anaesthesia associate at the hospital when he kissed a colleague on the body without her consent in January 2019. He was eventually convicted in March 2021 and sentenced to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and issued with a supervision order for two years.
