“The goal is to provide a very relaxed environment where people can grab a drink and enjoy each others’ company, but we’ll also have live entertainment, plenty of TVs and we’ll show the UFC fights,” owner Nick Marquez told the. “This is my first project built from the frame up, so it allowed a lot of flexibility for the construction of it. It’s going to be neat.”
Marquez also operates nearby drinkeries Old Main Ice House and Bar House. He told the daily he hopes to have his new venture open by July 4.
