Mr Hunt told Today vaccination body ATAGI is also assessing it, first for immuno-compromised children and then for the wider population.Health Minister Greg Hunt confirmed the Pfizer vaccine will now be available to children between 12 and 15.
However, with the majority of adults in Australia yet to receive the jab and the government's immunisation advisory panel yet to determine how children will be included in the rollout and who should be prioritised, it will be some time yet before 12-15-year-olds receive the jab.
