Nature research paper: Phenotypic signatures of immune selection in HIV-1 reservoir cells
T cells analysed in previous studies.Inguinal LNs were excised surgically with informed consent of study participants, according to protocols approved by the Massachusetts General Hospital Institutional Review Board. LN tissue was dissected and mechanically disaggregated through a 70-µm nylon cell strainer in RPMI medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum.PBMCs and LN mononuclear cells were isolated using Ficoll–Paque density centrifugation.
Monoclonal antibodies tagged with distinct oligonucleotides were custom manufactured and supplied as lyophilized single-reaction vials by a commercial vendor .

Caveolin-1 dolines form a distinct and rapid caveolae-independent mechanoadaptation system - Nature Cell BiologyLolo et al. show caveolin-1 functions in non-caveolae structures termed dolines. Whereas caveolae respond to high forces over a mechanical threshold, dolines transduce low and medium mechanical forces gradually in a complementary buffering system.

Ultra-low loss quantum photonic circuits integrated with single quantum emitters - Nature CommunicationsApplications of ultra-low-loss photonic circuitry in quantum photonics, in particular including triggered single photon sources, are rare. Here, the authors show how InAs quantum dot single photon sources can be integrated onto wafer-scale, CMOS compatible ultra-low loss silicon nitride photonic circuits.
