The Ibrox boss was certain Fabio Silva was fouled in the box by Alistair Johnston despite the fierce defence of the challenge from Celtic.
Quizzed on how crucial it was getting the penalty to start a comeback on Sky Sports, Clement said:"It's not getting a penalty. I think everybody is really clear that it is a penalty."It is even a little bit of a pity that he even gets a yellow card first for that.
