Ex-San Antonio lawyer Christpher “Chris” Pettit is offloading his Alamo Heights mansion that overlooks Olmos Dam for $3.9 million.
In August, a trustee in Pettit’s bankruptcy asked the court to OK the sale of the home. Fred Hutt of Compass RE Texas Inc. is listing the property. The mansion hit the market Wednesday.
