Plans for Rockvale redevelopment project move forward with more than 500 proposed apartments
in Lancaster County have told officials in East Lampeter Township that they want to begin construction on the redevelopment project at the 65-acre shopping center before Rockvale loses even more tenants.
The housing area will include a “Central Green” in middle of residential area as well as a clubhouse. Other options that are being considered include a tot lot, dog park and other outdoor amenities like a swimming pool, horseshoes and cornhole. Fashion forward Maurice’s will be relocating by the summer of 2023 from suite 112 to suite 718 and will occupy 4,991 square feet of space.
