The site is currently occupied by former workshops

on behalf of Park Living Ltd., sought to build four interconnected mews-style homes at 155a and 155 Queen Margaret Drive.There were also plans for an associated amenity space, refuse, cycle storage and disabled visitor parking space.The council refused the plans for reasons including it would lead to an overdevelopment of the plot and there would be a lack of privacy in the ground floor bedrooms of three of the units.

Post moderation is undertaken full-time 9am-6pm on weekdays, and on a part-time basis outwith those hours.
