proposes for a change of use of a former office unit to a drinking establishment in Liverpool Road.
Environmental Health have requested a number of conditions to help protect nearby residents. Some of the conditions relate to noise levels, external lighting and time of deliveries. “It is within the existing District Centre of Penwortham, close to a busy crossroads junction and between a restaurant and a drinking establishment.”
