In an effort to tackle over-working, a company in India wants to change the way people work, by setting up a software that locks them out of their computer once their shift has finished.
An IT company in India is sending staff a message telling them to"please go home" in an effort to improve their work-life balance.The message that pops up on their PC reads:"Your shift time is over. The office system will shut down in 10 mins.""We believe when you are happy internally, when you are happy with your family, you work pretty well."
Employee Tanvi Khandelwal, said on LinkedIn:"My employer supports #WorkLifeBalance. They put this special Reminder, which locks my desktop after business hours and issues a warning. "And this is a reality of our office!! Yes in this era we believe in flexible working hours and happy environment."
