The Prime Minister has fielded some uncomfortable questions ahead of his trip to the UK for the King's coronation.
The Prime Minister appeared on Triple M’s breakfast program in Brisbane to discuss his visit to the city for an upcoming National Cabinet meeting, but was asked a curly question about the infamous coronation non-attendance of certain members of the royal family. The couple confirmed the news after months of speculation over whether they’d attend, and the decision is likely to come as a relief for some members of the royal family following the Sussexes’ bombshell Netflix documentary. The Prime Minister, who will be heading to London in May for the coronation alongside Governor-General David Hurley, will be Australia’s representative at the historic occasion.
