An iconic Pokémon item should return in Gen 10.
Many interesting items have come and gone in the Pokémon franchise, and one of the most iconic has sadly been missing from the most recent games. In fact, it has essentially been supplanted by other gameplay features.
The Bicycle Should Return In Pokémon’s Gen 10 Games The Bicycle was introduced in Gen 1 as a method to quickly travel around Kanto, allowing players to move much faster than the basic Running Shoes would allow as well as providing access to the region’s Cycling Road. This same basic function has remained consistent across all incarnations of the Bicycle to appear in the games, although later titles have also given the item various additional features.
The Rotom Bike provides most of the same benefits as either several specialized Ride Pokémon or the Scarlet and Violet mascots. In addition to faster base movement speed , the Rotom Bike’s wheels can inflate into forms capable of traveling over water. On the other hand, any airborne capabilities are beyond it, although Gen 3’s Acro Bike does allow the player to travel over railings and scale certain ledges.
Although the Ride Pokémon of Pokémon Sun and Moon were an interesting addition to the series, and Legends: Arceus’ own were integrated well into the plot of the game, the same cannot be so easily said for Koraidon and Miraidon’s own gameplay function. While the pair are among Pokémon’s most lovable Legendaries, it can also be argued that their extensive list of mobility-related abilities stretches credulity.
