Police are investigating what led to the death of a woman in Sydney's west after her body was discovered in an apartment in Merrylands. ＠heinkealex 9News MORE:
Emergency services were called to a unit in Newman Street in Merrylands at 11.30pm on Sunday after concerns were raised for the welfare of a woman, NSW Police said.Police believe the woman found dead in a western Sydney unit on Easter Sunday was a 42-year-old.
A 38-year-old man was spoken to at the scene and taken to Granville Police Station to assist with inquiries.No charges have been laid over the woman's death as police investigate.
