Victoria Police are appealing to the public to help them locate a fugitive who has removed his monitoring device.

Matthew Johnson is known to frequent the greater Frankston area, in Melbourne’s south-east, and is wanted for breaching his parole conditions.Police have released the Queensland registration plates, 140DN, alongside an image of the fugitive.
