Victoria Police are appealing to the public to help them locate a fugitive who has removed his monitoring device.
Matthew Johnson is known to frequent the greater Frankston area, in Melbourne’s south-east, and is wanted for breaching his parole conditions.Police have released the Queensland registration plates, 140DN, alongside an image of the fugitive.

Investigators have urged the public to contact Crime Stopper if they have spotted the man or have information about his whereabouts.
