Nottinghamshire Police say they are keen to speak with an individual in connection with an incident of an item being thrown at a Nottingham Forest game. The force said a female was left with injuries as a result of the incident at Old Trafford on February 1. It is unclear what was thrown.
Forest had travelled to Manchester United for the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final, which they lost 2-0 on the evening and 5-0 on aggregate. "We are keen to speak to the individual in relation to an incident inside the stadium which left her with injuries," said Nottinghamshire Police Football in a statement on Twitter.
