Two Queensland police officers have been assaulted and had their patrol car rammed in a shocking ambush. 9News
Two Queensland police officers were taken to hospital after the driver of a stolen ute allegedly rammed their patrol car in the state’s south-east.
Authorities allege another stolen white ute accelerated towards the marked patrol car and smashed into it. When the officers tried to arrest the driver, a group of five people allegedly ran from a nearby house and ambushed and assaulted them to stop the arrest taking place. A boy and girl, both aged 16, a 19-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were all charged with one count of obstructing police.
