A driver with a blown tyre refuses to pull over and allegedly rams a number of police cars before driving the wrong way down a highway.

Officers found the vehicle on the Greensborough Road in Melbourne's north travelling at about 40 kilometres per hour. Police saw the ute cross onto the wrong side of the road near Simpson Barracks, and tried to intercept it.The driver then allegedly rammed a number of police cars. The ute left the Ring Road at Edgars Road and attempted to get back onto the Ring Road by going the wrong way down an off-ramp.The men are assisting police with their enquires.
