The two alleged thieves waited until a car left a carpark on Wells Street in Southbank before they ransacked the vehicles parked inside.

About 3.30am on February 16, two men were seen in a white Range Rover Discovery waiting for a vehicle to leave a private carpark on Wells Street in Southbank.

During that time, the pair allegedly stole multiple items from residents' cars, including a bike rack. Police have now released CCTV images of two men they wish to speak with in relation to the incident.
