Fishers Police have identified the man found in a pond Thursday as 35-year-old James Hughes, who went missing on April 25.
Police received a call Thursday morning notifying them that a body was spotted in a retention pond near East 141st St and Harborvale Chase. Emergency crews arrived on scene and recovered the body from the water.
A spokesperson for the department has confirmed that an adult male was pronounced decease on the scene.This is a developing story.
