Officers are concerned the children - aged from three to six - may be at major risk.
Officers are urging the public to help find a three-year-old girl and two boys, aged five and six, who went missing from Victor Avenue in Paradise Point at 4pm yesterday.
They are believed to be last seen in a blue Hyundai i30 bearing Queensland registration plates 205SKW.
