Boggart Hole Clough remains a police scene
Much of a north Manchester beauty spot will remain out of bounds to the public this bank holiday weekend the investigation into the death of Stuart Everett continues. Police have been searching Boggart Hole Clough since May 16 as part of the probe.
So far despite the deployment of huge resources, including specialist police teams, an underwater search unit, and cadaver dogs, no remains have been found at Boggart Hole Clough. Now, Greater Manchester Police has confirmed it will remain in the area over the bank holiday and into next week, as officers' efforts continue.
Residents in nearby Earby Grove, Blackley, saw a police presence near to a children's play park yesterday including a drone used at the scene. But GMP says this was not linked to the search for Mr Everett's remains.
