Police have launched an investigation after the body of a man was pulled from a water. Emergency services swarmed Huttock End Lane, a quiet residential street in Rossendale, on Tuesday .
Images from the scene show a large police presence at the scene, beside Marshall's Buildings, close to Rosemount Working Men's Club in Stacksteads, LancsLive reports. Anyone with any information is being urged to contact police as emergency services have urged members of the public to avoid the area. No further details regarding the deceased have been released.
