Police are treating the blaze as 'wilful'.
Fire crews battled for four hours to bring a deliberate blaze at a former nursery in Springburn under control.
An initial six fire engines were sent to the scene with a further three later dispatched to help get the blaze under control.It's understood that the fire broke out on the ground floor of the C-listed building. Glasgow City Council had previously sought a buyer to restore the 'outstanding' heritage asset with Historic Environment Scotland also supporting sustainable reuse of the building.
