Police in Edinburgh have locked down a residential street following a violent disturbance on Monday afternoon.

Edinburgh Live reports eyewitnesses claiming to have seen three men arguing with an older male in the street. Locals say scuffle broke out and they heard "screaming" prior to the emergency services arriving on the scene. An eyewitness to the commotion told the Record that a silver Mini had crashed outside the property, setting off the chain of events that led to police locking down the street.
