They identified the owner of the Pilsdon Street home and tried to speak with him about the noise, but he refused to provide his details.More patrols arrived at the house to arrest both men, but one of them allegedly struck an officer in the head and ripped his uniform during a scuffle. Defensive spray was used and both men were eventually arrested, while no-one was injured in the incident.
A 43-year-old Davoren Park man was charged with assaulting an emergency worker, property damage, cause environmental nuisance, failing to comply with a direction and resisting arrest.The other man, a 35-year-old from Davoren Park, was charged with hindering police and has been bailed to appear in court at a later date.
