Medics rushed to his aid after he collapsed on duty
A police officer was carried away on a stretcher after collapsing while on duty in London for the Queen's funeral.
The officer was taken away on a stretcher shortly before the Queen's coffin came through. The officer's condition has not been confirmed but it is not believed to be serious, reports the Mirror. On Thursday, there was a similar incident when a Royal guard fainted and fell from the podium while standing guard over the Queen's coffin.Mourners watched in shock as the guard tumbled to the ground in an incident that was caught on video.
Another said: "Bless him - just happened to tune in; saw he was a bit wobbly and feared he'd faint. Hope he's ok."
