Adrian Romeo’s family are still hoping he will walk through the door after the Melbourne man disappeared without a trace five months ago. Victoria Police now believe the 43-year-old Cragieburn man was murdered. He was last seen on February 10, when he told his parents he was going to Greenvale to visit some friends. He has not been seen or heard from since, and hasn’t used his phone or bank cards.
“Sadly, at this time, we do believe Adrian has likely met with foul play,” Dept Insp Thomas told reporters on Sunday. “Today, I’m appealing for anybody out there in the community that knows anything about Adrian’s disappearance or suspected murder that they do share it with police.” He said the car could have been dumped somewhere, stolen, or sold, and urged members of the public to keep a look-out for it.
