Tonight’s instalment of the BBC One soap featured intense scenes for Stacey. She faced questioning by a detective and social worker, who were planning on an investigation and also wondered whether the father of Lily’s baby may have been from a social media platform, and even put forward the prospect of it being someone from the Slater home.
All of these questions overwhelmed Stacey. She couldn’t confidently give the two women an answer, so they paid a visit to Lily instead. In upsetting scenes, Stacey told her young daughter that she is pregnant and will need to answer the questions the detective and social worker have.
