Police have asked urged anyone who knows where he is to contact them.
He was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms, a mustard coloured jacket, and black trainers.Police asked anyone who knows where he is now, or is with him, to call 999 “immediately”.
Anyone with information about where he has been since May 23 is asked to call Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101 quoting reference 529 of 2 June.
