Injuries sustained by a man who died on a busy road in Perth ’s north suggest he may have been struck by a car, police say. The 50-year-old man was discovered by a member of the public near the intersection of Ravenswood Dr and Hillsborough Dr in Nollamara about 9.10pm on Sunday. Police and St John Ambulance paramedics attended but he could not be revived and died at the scene. Detective Sergeant Jade Lay said the man’s injuries “suggest that there was a vehicle involved in his death”.
” Police say the man lived locally and that his family has been notified. Authorities are yet to confirm if a bike located at the crash scene was being ridden by the man at the time he was fatally injured. Police have appealed for information or dashcam vision from drivers or pedestrians in the area around the time the man was found. They have also asked nearby residents to check over home security footage in case it picked up information that can be used in their investigation.
