Police believe the same women who took an 89-year-old man’s wallet in Preston stole from another elderly victim on the same day.
Officers asked for help to identify the two women after the man’s wallet was stolen out of his pocket while he was in Novello in Fishergate at around 11am on Tuesday 20 December.The second theft happened on the same afternoon, when an 85-year-old woman had her purse stolen from her handbag in Stringers Department Store in Lytham.
