Philadelphia police investigate a shooting that left a 17-year-old male in critical condition and a 13-year-old girl with a graze wound to her elbow. The driver and the shooter fled the scene in the Maxima. The Maxima was missing a hubcap and had a temporary Pennsylvania paper license tag, reading 3901869.
