Zachary Chapman was last seen leaving Home Valley Station on Sunday.West Australian police have urgent concerns for a man last seen on the Kimberley's Gibb River Road .

The 29-year-old is believed to be walking on the Gibb River Road, a 660km dirt track that is popular with tourists and connects Kununurra in the East Kimberley to Derby in the west of the region.He is described as 160 centimetres tall, with a slim build and short brown hair.Mr Chapman's Facebook page, called Zac's Path to Perth, has provided information on his mission to raise money for mental health organisations.

"For the last four hours I have been stuck on the side of the road vomiting, unable to hold any fluids and suffering from what I believe to be an intense form of heat stroke," the post from September 3 reads.
