Police are looking for a 30-year-old Caucasian man about 180cm tall with brown hair and a slim build. Emergency services were called to the home on Ironbark St at Elanora just after 3.30pm on Tuesday after reports of a fire at the address.Soon after police issued a plea for urgent assistance to locate the 61-year-old Gold Coast woman and a 30-year-old man, who is related to her, who may be able to assist with their inquiries into the incident.He is is believed to be travelling in a blue Honda Jazz, with registration 952AT4.
Police sources said a large amount of blood was found at the property and a fire was lit inside the home.
