The car flipped onto its roof before bursting into flames, sparking a massive emergency response and causing widespread chaos during morning peak hour. The tattoo is of a large eye on the top of the man's hand, with wavy lines that extended across his fingers and wrist.He is being treated for suspected head injuries and remains under police guard in a coma at Royal North Shore Hospital.
A 53-year-old woman in a blue Honda Civic sustained minor injuries and was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Camperdown.
