Minister says there's 'a lot of Conservative support' ahead of by-elections - but concedes 'times are difficult'

Asked what the impact of losses will be on the government, Mr Halfon said:"Let's wait and see the results before the post-mortem."Education minister Robert Halfon has told Sky News that it's"wrong" that some university students are not getting their final degree marks due to ongoing strikes over pay and conditions.
