"And it's absolutely important that Britain, which has always been the greatest country in terms of the foundation of organisations like Save the Children, Oxfam and all the leadership that they've shown, and Live Aid, Live 8, all of those things that Britain should, as it were, reclaim its natural position as one of the people who try and change the world for the better.
"I do think there is a particular problem where you have environments where there are very sharp differentials in power," Mr Cleverly says. Mr Cleverly says:"He cannot be talking about the United Kingdom because under his tenure, and I always pay tribute to his leadership on this, we supplied the... tank missile systems that were so instrumental in the defence of Kyiv.He adds the UK was the first to commit to supplying main battle tanks - and other countries in the world then"followed our example"."We have led the world on all these issues," he adds.
