The front bench will have to do more than just cheer loudly if they are going to convince those who think they are the party of the rich.Culture Secretary Michelle Donelan is now speaking in the main hall of the Conservative Party conference in Birmingham. Ms Donelan went on to say it is"fundamentally wrong" that people living in rural communities still struggle to get a phone signal to call their loved ones.
