Popular beer festival set to return to Arboretum in August
The Nottingham Arboretum is set to hold a two-day beer festival that says it will combine the very best in beer, street food and live music across the August Bank Holiday weekend on Friday, August 26 and Saturday, August 27. The festival will also offer real ale and ciders from both national and local breweries.
Mariachi Tequila will be adding to the bank holiday vibes by playing upbeat Mariachi music and cover versions of pop and rock hits. There will also be an Acoustic Rooms takeover featuring unplugged performances and DJ sets from local favorites along with quiz options and bingo. When it comes to the food, beer fans can look forward to wood-fired pizza from The Pizza Box, Squeaky Beaver Poutine and also street food from The Snobby Butcher. There will also be a barbecue from Buffalo Trace.
Patrick Somers, Senior Promotions Manager and Chief Beer-Taster for DHP Family, said: “We’re thrilled to be back in the amazing surroundings of Nottingham Arboretum this summer, combining our love of events with our love of great beer for the second instalment of our annual Arboretum Beer Festival.
