'It means we can really experiment with new dishes and offers'
One of Hatch’s vendors has found a new home in south Manchester just days after the food hub closed its doors.
It meant a number of vendors, bar a handful who have been given residency until the end of the year, have had to move out and find new premises. Amongst those who have now left Hatch include Kong’s, Herbivorous, It's A Nail Thing, Block Steak Shop and SneakerPharm.
The bar on Wilbraham Road, run by Justin and Luke Unabomber, will host Parmogeddon permanently from October 12. Parmogeddon, which is run by couple Kyle and Ellie, said the move will allow them to expand on their menu. “We are looking forward to being in a different area of Manchester and for what being in a 'bricks and mortar site' will now allow us to do. It means we can really experiment with new dishes and offers.”
