Isn’t it time for Northern Beaches Council to follow suit and encourage alfresco dining in a sustainable way?
“Owning a hospitality business in the heart of Manly is not for the faint hearted. So many businesses closures, sky high rents and other overheads but the people we see everyday make it worthwhile,” the post said. The fees are based on fixed per square metre rates and vary depending on location, with the rates calculated by an independent valuer.
