PR star Engel, whose clients include luxe brands Markarian and PatBO, has been spotted hustling while hobbling on a sprained ankle and crutches.

— tells us it happened two weeks ago when she was waving to someone in the West Village while walking down some stairs, missed a step and “sprained the hell” out of her ankle.

“I kind of hit my head, but I think it’s fine,” she tells Page Six. “I popped up and realized my foot was a disaster.” Engel hasn’t let it slow her down, dressing celebs for the Grammy Awards, working to pull together shows and going back to her office till 3a.m.“I got a spray tan on one leg,” the congenial and well-put-together Engel tells us. “We got me a fanny pack purse to hook my headset,” she explained. She can’t use her hands since “I have to use my hands to crutch.”

“I put my boot across the Uber, I have to put it on the employee or someone else to keep it elevated as often as possible,” she says. “It’s been this whole situation.” Engel — who also reps hip hotspots Silver Linings Lounge at the Moxy East Village, the Georgia Room, Ray’s and Pebble Bar — says that when she encountered some dreaded stairs this week during a celeb fitting at the Plaza, “I put my tush down and scooted.”
