In a historic collaboration, Prada, the Italian luxury fashion house, has joined hands with Axiom Space, the company behind the world's first commercial space station, to design. This mission, scheduled for 2025, will mark the first human landing on the Moon since 1972 and the first ever by a woman.
According to the Marketing Director of Prada Group, Lorenzo Bertelli, the partnership with Axiom Space demonstrates Prada's commitment to innovation and exploration. He expressed his excitement by stating that their years of experience in technology and design, dating back to their involvement in Luna Rossa's America's Cup challenge in the '90s, will be applied to create a spacesuit for the Artemis era.
